These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PlotDekhlo website, mobile application and related services. By using PlotDekhlo, you agree to these terms.

Platform role

PlotDekhlo is a technology platform that helps users discover, publish and manage property information. PlotDekhlo is not a broker, owner, buyer, seller, lender, legal adviser or guarantor of any listing, user, deal or payment.

Accounts and OTP

You are responsible for keeping your mobile number, OTP and account access secure. You must provide accurate information and use only your own account. You must not bypass security, impersonate another person or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Listings and content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of every property listing, photo, document, post, review or other content you submit. Do not publish false, duplicate, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, abusive or illegal content. PlotDekhlo may review, remove, limit or reject content or rewards where it reasonably believes the content violates these terms or creates risk.

Property transactions

Users must independently verify property ownership, title, permissions, location, price, area, documents and all transaction terms. Do not make payment, share sensitive documents or enter into an agreement solely because of information displayed on PlotDekhlo. Obtain independent legal, financial and property advice where appropriate.

Rewards, referrals and withdrawals

Any reward, referral, wallet amount or withdrawal is subject to program rules, eligibility, fraud checks and administrative review. PlotDekhlo may withhold, reverse or reject a reward for duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or non-compliant activity. A displayed pending reward is not a promise of payment.

Acceptable use

You must not scrape, copy, resell, disrupt, reverse engineer, introduce malware, send spam, manipulate metrics, create fake accounts or use PlotDekhlo in a way that harms users or the service.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep PlotDekhlo available and accurate, but services may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotDekhlo is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, listing errors, user actions or property transactions between users.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or close access where these terms, platform safety, law or legitimate security concerns require it. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts. For questions, please use the PlotDekhlo in-app or website support channel.
