We may collect your mobile number for OTP verification, profile information you provide (such as name, photo and address), property listings, messages or posts you create, device and notification identifiers, and usage information needed to operate the platform.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, display your listings and profile where you choose to publish them, provide property search and map features, send service or reward notifications, prevent fraud, and improve PlotDekhlo.

Location and contact details

Location may be used to show relevant nearby properties and map results. Your phone number is not displayed publicly by default. Contact actions, such as calling or WhatsApp messaging, are available only through platform features and applicable account controls.

Sharing

Public listing details, public profile information and public posts can be visible to other users. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers only where needed for hosting, maps, OTP delivery, notifications, analytics, security or legal compliance.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You can update profile information where available. You may request account support, correction or deletion through PlotDekhlo support. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Children

PlotDekhlo is not intended for children under 18 years of age.
